Getting in

We’re letting people in a few at a time. Download SOHO and sign in with Apple, and if you’re on the list, you’ll get a notification the moment you’re in. If someone sent you an invite, open their link on your iPhone, or type the code under “Have an invite?” in the app.

Your size

Tap the person icon, top left, and add what you wear in a couple of brands you own. SOHO works out your size in other brands from their size charts. Measurements help too, and stay private: they’re encrypted, locked with Face ID, and shops never see them.

Buying

SOHO never buys anything without your yes. When you approve, it opens the shop’s own checkout, and you pay the shop. Delivery, returns and refunds are with that shop, under its terms.

Watches and notifications

Everything SOHO is watching for you is on your hunting list: the person icon, then Hunting. Turn notifications on or off in your iPhone’s Settings.

Your data

In SOHO’s Settings you can download your data, delete your measurements, or delete your account and everything in it. The privacy policy says what SOHO keeps and why.

Brands and shops

If you own a brand, a product or a photo that SOHO shows and want it changed or taken down, write to support@sohoai.app and we’ll act on it promptly.
